Two days sick, maybe a few more.....

No pics for this tale. I woke on Saturday with an ear infection. Many possible causes. Repeated hard neck and shoulder massages may have forced the release of toxins. Extensive drilling for three crowns may have connected sinus avenues. Daily one mile swims perhaps left water in ears. Who knows?
This is my first ear infection and today is Sunday, so no doctor availability. I rode my bike to the pharmacy and bought the suggested ear drops. This ear is painful and the other ear may be following suit. The rest of my body is displaying cold symptoms, lethargy, soreness, and stuffy head. Thinking and moving are tough.
So, Amalia came over to distract me and do some simple things. I am so grateful for her company today and hope that I was not too much of a drag. We had dinner at Cinnamon, because it was close and effortless. Did some shopping for things that her family would like to receive. The wind on the highway (even in my helmet) made me ear not happy. Although Amalia and I speak different languages, we love being friends and appreciate each other so much.
At night, a baking soda bath and more ear drops. Hope the ear will be less painful tomorrow. If there is no improvement, I may find a doctor. At least the weather does not look perfect for the next couple days!
I am planning on a quick recovery and to feel like using my camera and listening to music soon!
I am at home knitting, except for getting my food. Who knew that I would be knitting a Christmas gift on my journey in Bali.
